Education
Currently I am a Masters student at Kingston University studying Philosophy and Critical Theory Graduated July 2017, with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the American University of Cairo, specialising in Social and Economic Philosophy. However my education at AUC spanned a large survey of the social sciences as a whole. I have completed classes in Sociology, Anthropology, English, History, Economic and Political Philosophy (with their respective departments) and of course a range of Philosophy courses covering everything from ethics, epistemology, ontology, metaphysics and aesthetics to name a few of our subjects many branches.
Experience
English, Business studies and Humanities teaching at various schools in Egypt 2 semesters private tutoring AUC students through a basic philosophy course, approximately 8 students, all of which were able to improve their grades through working with me by at least 1 letter grade. I would like to tutor because i love teaching and i believe in the power of the one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions. in September i will be completing a program called FELT (fundamentals of English language teaching) through AUC's school of continuing education, but this is only on weekend morning which leaves me free to work the remainder of the week. Taught English and Business Studies @ Manor House American School
